Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic shall consult

In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Amendments to the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Establishing the Centre of Judicial Representation under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic" of 12 February 2014 No 89 dated 15 September 2022 No 511 the Centre of Judicial Representation under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic is assigned with the functions of providing legal and advisory support for investment, innovation, infrastructure and other projects initiated or developed.

In this regard, a tender for the selection of law firms to implement the above-mentioned issues will be announced shortly in due course.

Based on the above the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic shall consult both local and foreign law firms on legal and consulting support for investment, innovation, infrastructure and other projects initiated or under consideration by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic from October 3 to October 14, 2022 (offline and online).
